The Holston is absolutely gorgeous. It’s the prettiest hidden gem in Raleigh. Minutes from downtown, luxurious interiors, and pristine apartments are what you get when you tour The Holston. Not to mention the staff are so kind and really do their best for their current and future residents. If you’re looking for a sweet place to live, this would be it!

I moved into this building and honestly couldn’t be happier. From my very first visit to signing the lease and finally moving in, everything went so smoothly.....The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful, the views are incredible and really showcase the beauty of Raleigh. The building and amenities are gorgeous, and the rooftop is unreal.

I toured the property with Tiani and instantly fell in love! The leasing team is by far my favorite ; being professional, personable, and they make the place feel like family right in the heart of the city. The building is brand new with stunning views! If you’re thinking about it… just APPLY. It’s absolutely worth it!

I had a vision of moving into this apartment building years ago when I got word that there will be a high rise across the street from Dix Park. The universe sent an ad to my phone a month before the grand opening; reminding me of my initial vision. I came and took a tour, and immediately knew this would be my new home. Tiani, my leasing agent, was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me move in, and find me the perfect unit. It’s now been a month since I’ve been living here, and this is all a dream come true! I love my unit, I love the amenities, and the staff treats me so good!

I rarely write reviews, but this place truly deserves one. The apartments and community are absolutely beautiful, and having such easy access to Dix Park is a huge plus, especially since I have a dog. The staff here is equally impressive. Tiani went above and beyond during the leasing process, even helping me measure the room so I could plan my furniture. Jamie, the leasing manager, was just as wonderful, she answered all my questions with clarity, kindness, and professionalism that instantly put me at ease.
